By using this website or completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms presented during the booking process.

The Park Avenue House provides private accommodations and hospitality experiences at 1504 N Park Ave, Indianapolis, Indiana.

The person completing a reservation must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must provide accurate contact, payment, and reservation information.

Reservation Agreement

• a Rental Agreement;

• an event or hospitality proposal;

• any written amendments agreed to by The Park Avenue House and the guest.

Permitted Use

The property may only be used for the purposes approved in the reservation.

Guests may not materially change the nature or size of a gathering without prior approval.

Unauthorized events, commercial activities, excessive occupancy, unlawful activity, or uses that create unreasonable risk to the property, neighborhood, guests, or staff are prohibited.

Only the number of guests authorized by the reservation may occupy or use the property.

Property Care

Guests are expected to treat the house, furnishings, grounds, artwork, equipment, and amenities with reasonable care.

Smoking and Illegal Activity

Smoking or vaping inside the house is prohibited unless expressly stated otherwise.

Illegal activity is prohibited anywhere on the property.

Food, Beverage, and Alcohol

Food, beverage, catering, and alcohol arrangements may be subject to separate requirements depending on the nature of the gathering.

Guests may not assume that a reservation automatically permits the sale, service, or distribution of alcoholic beverages.

Where required, licensed vendors or other approved arrangements may be necessary.

Third-Party Services

The Park Avenue House may coordinate or recommend caterers, transportation providers, rental companies, chefs, entertainers, planners, or other third parties.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, those providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services.

Minor changes to furnishings, amenities, landscaping, décor, or other property characteristics may occur and do not necessarily constitute a material change to the reservation.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, and reservation technology providers, including OwnerRez.

The Park Avenue House does not directly store complete payment-card numbers when they are processed by such providers.

Cancellations and Refunds

Reservations are subject to the Booking & Cancellation Policy shown on this website as well as any reservation-specific cancellation terms.

Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own personal property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Park Avenue House is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings unless caused by conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Assumption of Responsibility

Guests are responsible for using the property and its amenities in a reasonable and safe manner and for supervising children and other members of their party.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Park Avenue House Hospitality LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a reservation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the booking guest agrees to be responsible for claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the guest's unlawful conduct, material breach of the Rental Agreement, or damage caused by the guest or members of the guest's party.

Governing Law

These Terms and reservations with The Park Avenue House are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically.

The version applicable to a confirmed reservation will generally be the version in effect when that reservation is made unless the parties agree otherwise.
